Guided by Dr. Saja Mboge's vision, Bloom Haven is shaped by more than sixteen years of hands-on experience helping clients move through life’s most overwhelming moments toward resilience and clarity. Dr. Mboge’s dedication to mental health was sparked by witnessing the profound impact that empathy and expert guidance can have on an individual’s path to wellness. His journey—rooted in supporting people facing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, and other complex challenges—continues each day at Bloom Haven through every session and community initiative.

Cultural sensitivity, compassion, and evidence-based practice are at the heart of all care at Bloom Haven. Dr. Mboge and his team believe that each person’s story matters and that everyone deserves support without judgment. Dr. Saja B. Mboge, MSW, DSW, LCSW

I am Dr. Saja Mboge, DSW, MSW, LCSW, the founder and owner of Bloom Haven Mental Health LLC. As a licensed clinical social worker in Delaware and Tennessee, I bring over 16 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges. My clinical work spans a wide range of needs, including depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, anger, substance‑use concerns, ADHD, mood and personality disorders, parenting issues, and self‑esteem support. I also have extensive expertise in suicide risk assessment, TF‑CBT, veteran mental health, and systems‑level consultation.

I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients from all backgrounds can explore their emotions safely and work toward meaningful, lasting change. My approach is compassionate, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence‑based practices that help clients build resilience, deepen self‑understanding, and move toward a healthier, more empowered life.

A Brief Personal Story

My passion for this work began early, when I first recognized how powerful it can be to walk alongside someone during their most difficult moments. I saw how being truly heard and supported could help a person feel understood, empowered, and hopeful again. Those experiences shaped my path and continue to guide the way I show up for every client. Today, I am committed to helping individuals transform pain into growth, find clarity in challenging seasons, and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life. My work is rooted in compassion, connection, and a deep belief in each person’s capacity to heal and thrive.
